My name is Hasher Ahmed and I’m 26 years old. I joined IZOC Solutions in August of 2020, after completing my Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, and It has been 03 years since I’ve joined.

I faced many issues when I freshly joined this corporation, as the team I got was too small than every other team in this company, at that time. I worked hard, day & night, even worked late shifts and worked outside company hours just to learn this skill of E-commerce. As Covid hit, most of the physical businesses went out of business and some of them converted their business online. That’s where I got the interest of learning this skill. I was eager to learn more about this skill, as I thought that this skill has a wide scope and it is the future of businesses. 

I was looking for a place to learn e-commerce and then I heard about this company. I joined IZOC Solutions and that was the best decision that I made at that time. I faced some hardships in creating my own team, as people tend to leave more often and I’ve had some trust issues from then onward. But, as the time went by, I found some of the very best men, those men which I can proudly call my brothers, as well as my colleagues. My teachers/seniors were also as cooperative as they were, as they kept the pressure on me to make me the diamond I am today. As much as I’m grateful to my seniors for letting me grow and teaching me what I didn’t knew before, I’m also extremely humbled to guide and lead a team of professional & passionate men.

There has been some up’s & downs in my journey, as I worked hard till I was promoted to E-commerce Supervisor. That was my first goal regarding this company. I learned a lot in the meantime but I gained even more knowledge leading my very own team. After a couple of promotions, I’m now at the rank of the Assistant Manager @ IZOC Solutions, leading a team of professionals, which tend to think outside of the box and get out of their comfort zone to handle the day-to-day tasks.

I’ve no intention of leaving this company any time soon and would love to train as much good men as I could, I also want to get as high up in the ranks as I could too.
