My name is Muhammad Shahzaib, and my adventure at IZOC Solutions began in early 2019. Fresh out of college with a Bachelor’s degree, I joined this remarkable company.
My initial days were challenging, working night shifts from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM, but my passion for Ecommerce kept me going. I believed in the vast potential of the industry and my determination led the way. Consequently, I remained committed to the company and embarked on my journey in Ecommerce. After a year, I received fantastic news – I was considered for a promotion to Supervisor. With hard work, I had gained expertise and communication skills, earning the role of E Commerce Supervisor, leading a team of six.
As an Ecommerce Supervisor, I felt that I was on the right path and had achieved my initial milestone. I redoubled my efforts, striving to give my utmost in areas such as team management, skill development, communication, and decision-making. Over the time, my team expanded, attracting individuals eager to learn and grow within the Ecommerce domain. After another year, I reached yet another significant milestone and was promoted to the role of Senior Ecommerce Supervisor. By then, I was overseeing a team of thirteen members and effectively managing a substantial revenue stream.
My journey continued, and with it came inevitable challenges, including client dissatisfaction and discrepancies in meeting client expectations. To address these issues, I conducted intensive meetings with my team, identified the root causes, and initiated corrective actions. After a month of diligent efforts, I witnessed a notable improvement in the situation, and normalcy was restored. Fresh talent continued to join my team, and I am proud to say that I am now being promoted to the position of Assistant Manager Ecommerce, leading a team of twenty members.
Today, I am proud to share that I’ve been promoted to Assistant Manager Ecommerce, leading a team of twenty members. My journey has taught me that with perseverance and dedication, any obstacle can be overcome.
