I started my journey at IZOC Solutions back in September 2019, eager to prove myself during the two-month probation period. One of my early challenges was stabilizing an eBay account within three months that was assigned to me after the probation period in Dec 2019. Despite the initial instability, I managed to turn it around successfully, and I’m proud to say that the client is still with us in 2024.
In March 2020, businesses around the world faced uncertainty because of Covid. However, the e-commerce industry was thriving, presenting new opportunities, especially the Amazon marketplace. Although I lacked experience with Amazon at that time, I saw this as a chance to learn and grow. Over the next few months, I dedicated myself to mastering Amazon operations, overcoming hurdles, and eventually taking on full Amazon projects, including handling PPC campaigns by June 2020.
By November 2020, I had expanded my responsibilities to supervising three projects including 2 Amazon, and I was promoted to the role of Supervisor for eCommerce operations. As I gained proficiency in managing PPC campaigns, I continued to advance, overseeing a total of eight projects within the span of eight months and earning the title of Senior Supervisor by June 2021.
Despite the successes, 2021 brought its own set of challenges. Fluctuations in team members required restructuring and training, testing my patience and resilience. However, with perseverance and dedication, I guided the team through this period of transition, ensuring we remained focused on our goals.
By 2022, with the team stabilized, I set my sights on the next milestone: Assistant Manager. With the collective effort of my team and the guidance of senior leadership, I achieved this goal in May 2023. This promotion marked not only personal growth but also reflected the strength and cohesion of our team.
Looking back on my journey at IZOC Solutions, I am grateful for the opportunities to learn, adapt, and grow. Each challenge I faced has only made me stronger and more determined to succeed. As I continue to chart my path forward, I remain committed to pushing boundaries, embracing new opportunities, and striving for excellence in everything I do.
