My name is Zeeshan Afzaal, and I want to share my journey with you where I got from 0 to 100 in just 5 years! – It all began in September 2019 when I embarked on my career at IZOC Solutions as an e-commerce trainee.

When I started this job, my first salary was a modest 18,000 rupees. At that time, my family reassured me that I didn’t have to take up this job and that they would support me with the same amount. However, I was determined to carve my own path, to build something from the ground up, and to make a name for myself through hard work and dedication.

As days turned into weeks and weeks into months, I immersed myself in my work, soaking up knowledge and honing my skills with each passing day.

In November 2020, I reached the first milestone in my career journey as I was promoted to the position of Supervisor within 1 year which was a record itself as I was the quickest to reach the designation in the history of IZOC Solutions. It was a moment of pride and achievement, fueling my determination to strive for even greater heights. With each promotion came new responsibilities and challenges, and I embraced them wholeheartedly, pushing myself to excel and exceed expectations.

In August 2021, I was promoted once again, this time to the role of Senior Supervisor. The added responsibilities only fueled my ambition further, driving me to push the boundaries of what I thought possible. In March 2022, I was entrusted with the role of Assistant Manager, a position that brought with it a new set of challenges and opportunities for growth.

But the journey didn’t stop there. In November 2022, I was honored to be promoted to the position of Assistant Manager, a role that allowed me to lead and inspire others, drive innovation and change, and make a meaningful impact on the organization. Of all the promotions I have achieved through these 3 years, I am the fastest to reach all those milestones this is what makes me thrilled!

The next step, Operation Manager: After becoming Assistant Manager, I set my eyes on my next achievement which was the next step of my career and that was to get promoted to the level of Operations manager within next 1 year which obviously wasn’t an easy thing as I had to grow my team and educate them enough so that they can take control of things themselves. My team grew to more than 20 person and so does my Revenue and I got promoted to Operations Manager on August 1 2023! 

My Dream Position: My Dream Position, obviously the GM ship the Elite Position here at Izoc Solution. Getting myself promoted to the Post of General Manager from Operation Manager was the toughest thing in my career. As I have to leave my team completely on their foots and that wasn’t an easy thing as I had to transfer all my knowledge to my team of 30 enthusiast and make them strong enough team so that they can sustain without me being on there top as after getting to the GM ship my duties had to changed and I had to look into companies internal affair instead of client side. It took me exactly 1 year to get all this done and be promoted as General Manager. While being in this process I got married as well!

Looking back on my journey, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities I’ve been given, the lessons I’ve learned, and the people who have supported me along the way. My time at IZOC Solutions has been nothing short of transformative, shaping me into the professional I am today and instilling in me a passion for excellence that will continue to drive me forward in the years to come.

My story is a testament to the power of perseverance, the importance of seizing opportunities, and the limitless potential that lies within each of us. As I look to the future, I am filled with excitement and anticipation for the journey ahead, knowing that the best is yet to come.
