My name is Zeeshan Afzaal, and I want to share my journey with you – It all began in September 2019 when I embarked on my career at IZOC Solutions as an e-commerce trainee.
When I started this job, my first salary was a modest 18,000 rupees. At that time, my family reassured me that I didn’t have to take up this job and that they would support me with the same amount. However, I was determined to carve my own path, to build something from the ground up, and to make a name for myself through hard work and dedication.
As days turned into weeks and weeks into months, I immersed myself in my work, soaking up knowledge and honing my skills with each passing day.
In November 2020, I reached the first milestone in my career journey as I was promoted to the position of Supervisor within 1 year which was a record itself as I was the quickest to reach the designation in the history of IZOC Solutions. It was a moment of pride and achievement, fueling my determination to strive for even greater heights. With each promotion came new responsibilities and challenges, and I embraced them wholeheartedly, pushing myself to excel and exceed expectations.
In August 2021, I was promoted once again, this time to the role of Senior Supervisor. The added responsibilities only fueled my ambition further, driving me to push the boundaries of what I thought possible. In March 2022, I was entrusted with the role of Assistant Manager, a position that brought with it a new set of challenges and opportunities for growth.
But the journey didn’t stop there. In November 2022, I was honored to be promoted to the position of E-commerce Operations Manager, a role that allowed me to lead and inspire others, drive innovation and change, and make a meaningful impact on the organization. Of all the promotions I have achieved through these 4 years, I am the fastest to reach all those milestones this is what makes me thrilled!
Looking back on my journey, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities I’ve been given, the lessons I’ve learned, and the people who have supported me along the way. My time at IZOC Solutions has been nothing short of transformative, shaping me into the professional I am today and instilling in me a passion for excellence that will continue to drive me forward in the years to come.
My story is a testament to the power of perseverance, the importance of seizing opportunities, and the limitless potential that lies within each of us. As I look to the future, I am filled with excitement and anticipation for the journey ahead, knowing that the best is yet to come.
