Job description
We are looking for a junior eCommerce designer who successfully delivers a customized eCommerce solution for our client’s target market. The perfect candidate is an accomplished designer with the ability to deliver engaging customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of creative designs for a variety of projects, including print and digital materials such as brochures, banners, social media graphics, and websites.
- Create and edit images, illustrations, and other visual assets to enhance project visuals.
- Utilize graphic design software primarily such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma as a secondary tool to create and modify designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established design guidelines

Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate for Spectrum at IZOC Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, working closely with international clients to identify opportunities for growth and success.
While no prior experience is required, we will train the right candidate!
A successful BDA is an effective listener, communicator, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They are curious and have a passion for learning about the evolving landscape of selling on Amazon and other eCommerce marketplaces. The ability to leverage a consultative approach to uncover key growth opportunities by engaging potential clients in discussions about their selling goals.
In a nutshell, a BDA will engage with a substantial pipeline of potential clients by recording video tutorials/audits using Loom to get sales leads for Spectrum. You will be setting up appointments via phone or email management to schedule qualified clients with our Business Development Executives/Managers. As a BDA, you must be comfortable overcoming obstacles while pitching Spectrum’s services to our potential clients.
Basic Eligibility Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduates (no experience required; we will train the right candidate!)

- Identify and engage potential clients in need of eCommerce growth services, particularly for platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more.
- Passionate and self-driven to create 20 or more sales outreach videos within the assigned Timelines.
- Conduct proactive account audits and record engaging videos highlighting strategies to grow sales and improve Amazon listings (full training provided).
- Reach out to clients via email to follow up regarding the submitted video/opportunity audits.
- Book video conference calls for our Business Development Executives/Managers to conduct a business growth strategy session with interested clients and highlight sales growth opportunities by partnering with Spectrum BPO.
- Make outbound calls and process inbound calls to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
