My name is Muhammad Arslan and I joined IZOC Solutions in early 2018 as a complete novice. I didn’t know anything about the ecommerce field or its scope and career opportunities at that time.

In the beginning, I faced new challenges every day because I was learning new things constantly. Sometimes I got bored because some things were difficult for me to understand, and another reason was the office night shift. It was very hard to adapt to the night schedule. After one year, I got used to all these things and then I started to get success and promotion, which motivated me. Then I could see my career in this field.

I have become the Assistant Manager at IZOC Solutions today. I am very grateful to my team (Usman, Junaid, Saim, Arslan Yousaf) for making this achievement possible. I also appreciate the senior management, including Hidayat, Usman A.,and Naeem S. Bhai, for their support. A special thanks to Shahzaib and Rumail, who were crucial for this milestone and always assisted me like brothers. You have been more than a teacher to me, but a mentor and a guide. I have learned so much from you.

Now, I am grateful to IZOC Solutions for giving me this opportunity. I am still learning and growing every day, and I am looking forward to achieving more goals and milestones in the future.
